Katherine V. Smith, Executive Director
As executive director of the Center, Katherine oversees all of the Center's activities and strategic ventures. She has worked in nonprofit and higher education organizations for more than 20 years, including the University of Massachusetts, three previous years at Boston College, where she was associate vice president for School Relations and Corporate and Foundation Relations, and more than six years at Brown University where she served last as AVP for Research. Peggy Connolly, Managing Director
As managing director of the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, Peggy manages operations at the Center. Peggy has more than 20 years of experience in journalism, national politics and in the non-governmental organization (NGO) sector, including Oxfam America where she was part of an international team responsible for communications and marketing for international development activities. Her experience in national politics includes acting as communications director for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and national press secretary for the 1992 presidential campaign of former U.S. Senator Paul Tsongas. Eileen Blinstrub, Assistant Director, Executive Education & Sponsorships

William Brittingham, Director, Executive Education
Billy directs the Center’s executive education, including the certificate program and academies, public course offerings, and custom management development. He has more than 20 years of experience in the non-profit, corporate, and academic sectors exploring the role of business in society. Colleen Olphert, Director, Membership
As director of membership and member services, Colleen is responsible for member recruitment and retention as well as member information services. Prior to joining the Center in 2001, Colleen served as the assistant director of Mercy Volunteer Corps (MVC), which connects volunteers to nonprofit organizations for a full year of service. Karen O'Malley, Program Manager, Executive Education

Karen Ringheiser, Business Manager

Sharon Sabin, Communications Specialist

Robin Staley, Director, Marketing
Robin is responsible for marketing the Center's programs and products. She has a proven track record for growing and leading marketing operations, designing and executing integrated customer-centric strategic initiatives, and spearheading new product and services development for both large and small organizations. Prior to joining the Center she was Vice-President of Marketing with The Princeton Review, Brand Director at WGBH, New England's PBS station, and a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Robin received her undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Susan Thomas, Associate Director, Member Services & Communications
Susan is responsible for development of the Center's web site and internet presence, including the Center's online Member Community and social media presence. Rick Ward, Membership Manager
Rick is responsible for membership recruitment and overall account management.
