  • Framing an issue for strategic response – Team Exercise
  • Understanding the leadership roles of the CR professional
  • Connecting corporate citizenship and community involvement

Day Three – Addressing Management Challenges
Focus: Provide tools for overcoming program challenges and ensuring management buy-in

  • Applying the Force-field Analysis to manage community relations challenges – Team Exercise
  • Institutionalizing the Neighbor of Choice Strategy by strategic stakeholder engagement
  • Summary, wrap-up, next steps
