Day Two – Developing an Employee Involvement Program
Focus: Applying the steps for successful volunteer program development

  • Step 3 - Preparing a volunteer program plan – Team Activity
  • Identifying best practices in employee involvement program development
  • Step 4 - Developing an effective management and organizational structure for your volunteer program – Team Activity
  • Step 5 - Reviewing strategies to ensure management buy-in and visibility
  • Step 6 – Making it easy and rewarding - best practices in recruiting, recognition, communication and events management

Day Three – Program Measurement and Hot Topics
Focus: Understanding volunteer program measurement and developing solutions for program obstacles and issues

  • Step 7 – Evaluating, measuring and reporting volunteer program effectiveness
  • Hot Topics - Review critical program issues important to workshop participants and discuss solutions
  • Wrap-up and next steps
