The Committee to Encourage Corporate Philanthropy (CECP) is accepting applications for the 2005 Excellence in Corporate Philanthropy Awards. 

CECP's corporate Excellence Awards are presented annually to companies demonstrating outstanding CEO leadership, measurement, and innovation in corporate philanthropy. Beginning in 2004, CECP created the Directors Nonprofit Award to recognize a nonprofit organization that distinguished itself by building an effective partnership with a company in its community. The award is accompanied by a $25,000 cash donation made by CECP Directors. Winners will be celebrated at CECP's annual meeting on February 27, 2006. 

The awards are presented on a competitive basis in the following categories:
•          Large Company Award (revenue > $3 billion)
•          Small Company Award  (revenue < = $3 billion)
•          Directors Nonprofit Award (nominated by a corporate partner)
 
 Deadline for applications is December 2, 2005.
