2006 Faculty Pioneer Awards

The Aspen Institute is now accepting nominations for the 2006 Faculty Pioneer Awards, which recognize faculty who have demonstrated leadership in the integration of social, environmental, and economic issues into business school courses, curriculum development and design. 

Nominations are open until Friday, March 31, 2006. This prestigious award includes a cash prize and international promotion of the faculty member’s work.

Nominees should have demonstrated excellence in one or more of the following ways:

  • Demonstrated leadership in the integration of social, environmental, and economic issues into business school courses, curriculum development and design.
  • Organized or participated in a leadership role in business school activities involving social and environmental topics, including but not limited to: conferences, program design, experiential learning, independent studies, and student clubs.
  • Made a positive and visible impact on business practice with regard to the intersection of social, environmental, and economic issues.
  • Shown cutting-edge scholarship within the context of social and environmental issues in business.
