What is the payment process?
We accept online payment for course registrations. If you prefer to be invoiced, we will send you one 60 days prior to the start of the program.  (Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.) Payment must be received before the start of the program to guarantee registration.

What if I need to postpone or cancel my program?
Attendees submitting a written cancellation 30 days or more prior to the first day of the course will receive a credit or refund. Credits must be used within the same Center fiscal year as the original course date. (The Center’s fiscal year runs June 1-May 31.) Cancellations received 15-29 days before the first day of the course will incur an administrative charge of $500. This charge will be waived if the registration is transferred to another individual from the same company. No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations received less than 15 days before the first day of the program. However, registration may be transferred to another individual from the same company. No refunds or credits will be granted for “no-shows.”  All cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Karen O’Malley at karen.omalley.2@bc.edu.

Our instructors are practitioners from the field with a variety of industry and content backgrounds. To see which specific faculty teaches a certain course, please visit the course descriptions.

No, you do not have to enroll in a Certificate program. Courses can be taken at will and are automatically applied toward a Certificate.

No. Certificates can be completed at your pace.
