The Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship is a unique resource for companies seeking to enhance their corporate citizenship knowledge and programs. - Corporate Citizenship Management Framework (CCMF)
The CCMF helps define the scope and interrelations involved in creating a state-of-the-art corporate program. - CCMF Assessment Tool (Members Only)
The Assessment Tool is an online survey that helps you and/or your team self-assess the comprehensiveness of your corporate citizenship initiatives. Use the tool anytime and update it as often as you like. It is very easy to use and typical users require 20 minutes to an hour to complete the questions receiving instant graphical feedback. - The Stages of Corporate Citizenship
Center research suggests the development of citizenship is a stage-by-stage process in which a combination of internal capabilities applied to environmental challenges propels development forward. Learn what the five stages of corporate citizenship are and the citizenship dimensions on which they are based. Complete a short online survey to determine where your company fits in the current landscape and provide guidance to plot a future course. The Center’s research provides tangible examples and case studies to illustrate distinct dimensions of citizenship within a company at a specific point in time. Management and Leadership Development Training Programs
- Certificate Programs
The Center offers a variety of corporate citizenship and community involvement professional development courses around the country as well as executive briefings for senior leadership. The Center also offers the only North American certificate-level management development curriculum in corporate citizenship. Members receive a 25 percent discount on all courses. Learning and Networking Events
- Annual International Corporate Citizenship Conference
This annual event is a convening of more than 500 corporate citizenship professionals sharing best practices and learning from leading policy makers from the largest domestic and international corporations. Managers in community relations, public relations, public affairs, corporate social responsibility, contributions, communications, work/life issues, and other professionals responsible for community and business strategies find this one of the best learning and networking events in corporate citizenship and corporate social responsibility. - Community Involvement Leadership Roundtable (Members Only)
The Community Involvement Leadership Roundtable is an ongoing forum for senior community involvement professionals who work together to identify and understand critical community and social issues. Roundtable members review changing public policy, assess public expectations and share experiences in developing more effective community involvement programs. The Roundtable meets two to three times per year, has regular conference calls based on Roundtable projects and other activities including a new online social network. - Custom On-Site Management & Leadership Development Training Courses (Members Only)
The Center develops and delivers custom educational courses to match corporate-specific needs. On-site programs for single function or cross-functional teams can be developed from our current cadre of Management Development and Certificate programs.
